There are some basic requirements which should be met before you aregranted a business visa. You should
- have an overall successful business career
- have significant business and personal assets (can be jointly held with spouse)
- have sufficient net assets to settle in Australia (can be jointly held with spouse)
- have a commitment to maintain an ownership interest in a business in Australia
- not have been involved in business or investment activities considered unacceptable in Australia
Provisional Business visas leading to Permanent visas
- Business Owner and State/Territory Sponsored Business Owner
- Senior Executive and State/Territory Sponsored Senior Executive
- Investor and State/Territory Sponsored Investor
After meeting certain criterion on Provisional visas like business activities, level of investment and monitoring etc, visa holders can be eligible to apply for permanent residence.
Permanent Business Visas
- Business Talent visas: This visa is available for high calibre business migrants who are sponsored by State/Territory governments.
Your spouse and dependent children may migrate with you under the same visa class. All family members (whether migrating or otherwise) must meet health and character requirements.
